Socketless Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to Socketless, provided by Wosher. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, API, and any other services we offer (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

Socketless offers tools and services for creating and managing WebSockets in a serverless environment. This includes the provision of WebSockets, connections, and other related functionalities (collectively, the "Services").

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract with Wosher to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

  5. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm Wosher or users of the Service, or expose them to liability.

User Content

You are responsible for any content you transmit through the Service. You retain ownership of all content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant Wosher a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service. Prohibited uses include:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wosher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
